If it is damaged or expired, it should be stopped immediately and sent for repair or replacement. 1.2 Confirm whether the power supply of the baler is connected properly to ensure normal use. 1.3 Install the equipment required for the baler (such as conveyor belts, pallets, etc.) and keep it clean and free of obstructions. 1.4 Make sure that the users have received relevant training and guidance and are familiar with the operation and emergency handling of the baler.
- Precautions when using
2.1 Before use, check all parts of the baler to ensure that each part can operate normally and the fasteners must be in good condition. 2.2 When the baler is operating, the safety of all personnel must be ensured. It is prohibited to extend hands or other objects into the machine. 2.3 If the baler encounters material jamming, it must be stopped first, the jammed items must be cleaned, and there are no other items inside the machine, and then the machine can be restarted. 2.4 When using the baling machine, the pressure and number of straps must be adjusted correctly as required to ensure the firmness of the packaging. 2.5 If there is any abnormality during the operation of the baler, it should be stopped for inspection in time.
- Maintenance
3.1 Clean and inspect the baler regularly to ensure that all parts are clean and intact, and perform regular lubrication and maintenance. 3.2 When the baler is not in use, it must be kept dry, dust-free, moisture-proof, and given appropriate anti-corrosion treatment. 3.3 During the use of the baler, if any parts are worn or damaged, they should be replaced or repaired in time, and inspected and debugged again after replacement or repair.
